  - Support inbox triage: an agent reads each customer email, drafts a reply in your voice, attaches the right help link and escalates only the cases that need a human.
  - Quotes & proposals: an agent extracts scope from an inquiry, applies your pricing rules and drafts the proposal in your template; the rep reviews and sends.
  - Weekly business pulse: an agent pulls numbers from your tools (accounting, payments, CRM, spreadsheets) and writes a one-page summary of what changed and what to watch.
